High performance superplasticizer for precast concrete elements with an enhanced early strength developmentPANTARHIT® PC5131 is a high performance superplasticiser that ensures a significantly increased strength development particularly at early ages in precast concrete productions. Due to this curing times can be reduced and the cycle times of the production optimised. Having a strong plasticizing effect PANTARHIT® PC5131 is particularly suitable for producing easily and self compacting concrete (SCC). PANTARHIT® PC5131 allows the elimination of heated formworks to the minimization of the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical, ecological and technical benefit. PANTARHIT® PC5131 has steric repulsion forces that ensure an efficient cement dispersion. As a result a homogenous and low-viscosity cement lime is created which allows an exceptional workability and facilitates the compactability of concrete considerably. The special formulation allows an accurate adjustment of precast concrete’s workability time.
