High effective plasticizer for controlled retardation
 
PANTARHIT^® 30K is a high effective plasticizer for ready mix concrete with high workability retention requirements. PANTARHIT^® 30K can transform plastic concrete (S2) into soft concrete (S3) without impairing the water/cement ratio. Due to delayed initial and final set properties PANTARHIT^® 30K is especially suitable for hot weather concreting. Extended vibration limits and improved trowellability properties are reducing the incidence of cold joints. The surface finishing of concrete is improved. PANTARHIT^® 30K is especially suitable for the application in mix designs for slabs, bridge decks and concreting of areas where cold joints should be avoided.PANTARHIT^® 30K causes a high plasticizing effect by reducing the surface tension of water. Thereby high water savings are achieved and pressure strength is increased. Having a strong plasticizing effect PANTARHIT^® 30K improves the processing significantly, optimises the compactability and advances both the pumpability and placeability of concrete.
