Water reducer for producing concrete blocks and pavers with a closed vertical structure
 
ANTIPOR^® 20 is a plasticizer for semi-dry concrete and particularly suitable for producing paving stones and masonry blocks. Decreasing concrete’s water absorption significantly the addition of ANTIPOR^® 20 attains lower water/cement ratios and improves the compactability of concrete. Therefore ANTIPOR^® 20 ensures the formation of closed vertical structures and minimises sticking to the ram. ANTIPOR^® 20 increases concrete’s early strength development. As a result cycle and curing times may be reduced. Concrete producer may attain an economical benefit due to higher efficiency. ANTIPOR^® 20 improves the workability and compactability of concrete. Due to its plasticizing properties the homogeneity and water retaining ability is optimised. The concrete gets denser and has a closed structure. The appearance is maintained or even advanced.
