High performance super plasticizer for concretePANTARHIT® RC5113 is a super plasticizer for extending the workability time and to improve the early and final strengths in different consistency classes. Due to its high plasticizing properties PANTARHIT® RC5113 can transform stiff concrete (S1) into very easyflowing concrete (S6). The high performance super plasticizer does not delay concrete’s setting characteristics. PANTARHIT® RC5113 reduces the compacting energy to a minimum. PANTARHIT® RC5113 causes a high plasticizing effect by reducing the surface tension of water. Thereby high water savings are achieved and pressure strength is increased. Having a strong plasticizing effect PANTARHIT® RC5113 improves the workability significantly, optimises the compactability and advances both the pumpability and placeability of concrete. Having steric repulsion forces PANTARHIT® RC5113 has an outstanding dispersing effect within the concrete mixture. Due to its special formulation concrete’s workability time is especially adjusted to the requirements of producing ready-mix concrete.
